It remains a tale of two markets with condos and townhouses remaining in a balanced market overall. However, if you break it down further to the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom market priced under $900K it still favours sellers. The story moving forward is the lack of quality listings. Lots of overpriced units and dogs for sale right now but quality condos in good locations and good strata's are still in limited supply. The luxury detached market and to some extent the luxury condo market remain sluggish and favouring buyers.
